Why rent a tent ?
Everyone throws a party or organizes an event from time to time.
A tent comes in handy for these occasions.
First of all, a tent keeps you dry, an umbrella for everyone.
In addition, a tent provides the necessary atmosphere.
Some rules of thumb for determining the size of the tent:
Needed space
Seats 1 m² per person
Pitches 0.5 m² per person
Dance room 1 m² per person
Customized stage:
Band members or the like preferably want the largest possible stage. The disadvantage of this is that this space must be shortened to the party space.
People often stand in front of the stage, almost never next to it. This means that the space next to the stage can also be considered as lost space. It makes sense to place a stage in a corner or across the entire width of the tent and not make it too deep. Talk about this with the users of the stage! Another point of attention is the bar. In general, people stay where you don't have to walk too far for a drink. It makes sense to place the bar right in front of the stage, so that you get a better distribution of people across the room.
Global calculation of the podium: (determine this in consultation with the users of the podium)
1st band member 4 m² = 2 x 2 m
2nd band member 3 m² = 3 x 1 m
Other members 2 m² = 2 x 1 m
So: Band with 4 persons 11 m² Stage 3 x 4 m (= 12 m²)
Band with 7 people 17 m² Stage 3 x 6 m (= 18 m²)
Bar: 1 Bartender 2 x 2 m = 4 m²
2 Bar staff 3 x 4 m = 12 m²
Corridor and entrance paths take up approximately 20% of the space
Cloakroom: Per 40 coats 2 x 1 m (= 2 m²)
In the summer only the ladies have a jacket with them and in the winter about 90% of the company.

Atlanta Tent Hall
The Atlanta tent hall has an aluminum frame.
The roof consists of translucent white tarpaulin A35.
The walls are made of hard plastic panels and available in the colors blue or white.
The tent has 1 main entrance as standard (by means of a luxurious aluminum double door).
On each wall there is 1 set of double doors for the emergency exits.

California tents
The California tent has an aluminum frame, with widths of 6, 8 and 10 meters. Minimum length is 3 meters.
This size can always be extended with segments of 3 meters.
For example 6 x 3/6 x 6/6 x 9 etc. The roof and walls consist of tarpaulin. The wall sails are all too open so that a passage can be created everywhere. In good weather you can open all sails.
